Full Job Description
The Senior Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Operations Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across end-to-end supply chain execution. This role is accountable for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance while leading a team of approximately 8-10 direct reports including Supervisors, Engineers, and an HSE Leader. The role partners cross-functionally to align supply chain strategy with business objectives, drive operational excellence, and enable scalable growth reporting directly to the Plant Director.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & People Management
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve operational and professional goals
  • Establish clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and build robust succession and talent pipelines
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement
  • Drive safety leadership by ensuring compliance with all EHS requirements and promoting a "zero incident" culture

Supply Chain & Operational Execution
  • Own integrated supply chain operations including planning, production support, logistics, warehousing, and materials flow
  • Ensure alignment between demand planning, capacity, inventory strategies, and execution
  • Manage operational performance against key KPIs including OTIF, inventory turns, cost, productivity, and service levels
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly operating rhythm and tiered accountability processes

Continuous Improvement & Engineering
  • Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency
  • Partner with Engineering and CI teams to implement process optimization, automation, and digital supply chain initiatives
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for service, cost, or quality gaps

Strategy & Business Partnership
  • Translate business strategy into supply chain execution plans and operational roadmaps
  • Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Commercial, and external suppliers to ensure end-to-end alignment
  • Support new product introductions, capacity expansions, and network optimization initiatives

Financial & Risk Management
  • Own operating budgets, cost controls, and productivity improvement plans
  • Manage supply chain risk, including supplier, capacity, and logistics disruptions
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance standards


SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive supply chain or operations experience
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proven experience leading supervisors, engineers, and managers in a complex operational environment
  • Strong knowledge of integrated supply chain processes, Lean principles, and KPI-driven execution

Preferred
  • Master's degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or highly regulated environments
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation or change initiatives
