Full Job Description
The South East Area Sales Director (ASD) is responsible for executing sales strategies, building distributor partnerships, and driving growth within an assigned geographic area. This position requires a proactive, hands-on leader who can deliver results through strong customer engagement, effective distributor management, and consistent field presence.

  • Achieve or exceed sales objectives within the assigned area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners and end users to drive conversions and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Field Sales and Strategic Account Leadership to implement channel programs and initiatives at the local level.
  • Analyze sales activity, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting on area results.
  • Ensure adherence to Company policies and sales processes while leveraging tools and technologies to improve performance.
  • Conduct regular field visits to support distributors, end users, and PIP sales personnel.
  • Represent PIP at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings within the Area.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide input on market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to help shape strategy.
  • Support training and development of distributor sales personnel on PIP products and value proposition.
