Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a risk based internal audit plan Lead and manage internal audit projects, including scoping, planning, fieldwork, and reporting
  • Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures Identify areas of potential risk and develop strategies to mitigate those risks
  • Review and evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to management for process improvements and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure timely completion of audit projects
  • Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior finance roles, with a proven track record of financial leadership.
  • Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
  • Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, standards, and practices
  • Experience in conducting audits in a global, multi-national organization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
