ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities- Develop and execute a risk based internal audit plan Lead and manage internal audit projects, including scoping, planning, fieldwork, and reporting
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures Identify areas of potential risk and develop strategies to mitigate those risks
- Review and evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls
- Provide guidance and recommendations to management for process improvements and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure timely completion of audit projects
- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE- A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior finance roles, with a proven track record of financial leadership.
- Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
- Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, standards, and practices
- Experience in conducting audits in a global, multi-national organization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
WE VALUE- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Proficiency in data analysis and audit software
