I2X Technologies is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to support ongoing Corporate activities in Littleton, CO. This position will be hybrid and will report to the Sr. Director of Human Resources. This position will have fantastic long-term growth opportunity, is made for an "in the weeds", hands-on individual, and provides the opporutnity for immediate impact in both the space exploration and Department of Defense fields. Interviews will begin for qualified candidates the week of 07/13/2026.
The Sr. Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting a broad range of human resources functions, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, onboarding, policy administration, and HR operations. This position serves as a trusted partner to employees and management, helping ensure consistent application of company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong business acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic government contracting environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/ stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward motion will be required. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
