Drive Organizational Effectiveness - Design people-focused strategies and structures that align with business goals, strengthen culture, and enable agile, inclusive decision-making.
Develop Senior Leaders - Assess talent needs, build leadership pipelines, and coach leaders to grow their capabilities and break through mental models.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Knowledge of local labor law
- Experience as a human resource generalist
- Experience with specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development
- Experience supporting hourly employee client group
- Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management
- Experience assessing management and executive talent
- Experience developing and administering HR compensation plans
- Experience in human resources with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
