What you'll doThe Senior HR Business Partner role serves as a strategic and hands-on advisor, orchestrating organizational effectiveness initiatives and providing rigorous coaching to leadership. You will serve as a catalyst for excellence, navigating complex organizational dynamics to align human capital strategies with business outcomes. As a partner to VP-level leadership, you will synthesize business requirements into actionable HR frameworks that drive innovation and scalable growth. Success requires you to anticipate organizational friction points, translating strategic intent into operational execution, and proactively managing the human capital implications of enterprise-level objectives.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. HR Business Partner Director.
Responsibility- Act as the HR primary point of contact for leaders in support of their people strategy and execution of people initiatives
- Oversee the execution of talent programs that support and enhance employee performance
- Support HRBP Leads with the delivery of strategic plans to optimize and improve our talent portfolio
- Coach managers on leadership and talent issues including development, engagement, and elevating performance
- Establish a two-way communication channel to receive employee/manager feedback
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure a positive employee experience
- Work closely with Finance and Talent Acquisition organizations on critical headcount planning
- Support a variety of HR related activity and programs such as focal, promotion, and performance reviews and calibration
- Build organizational capability through development and/or facilitation of appropriate learning outcomes (i.e., team effectiveness, goal development and alignment, manager capability, etc.)
- Deliver candid feedback and constructive coaching on an ongoing basis to business leaders in order to help them progress most efficiently towards goals

What you bringBasic- Experience leveraging AI tools or data analytics platforms to optimize HR workflows and drive efficiency
- Experience evaluating, adopting, and scaling AI tools to improve organizational efficiency and embed continuous learning, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing across the team
- 8+ years of HR Business Partnering experience in SaaS or related industries
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent field
- Experience translating complex metrics into actionable HR strategies using Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
Preferred- Comfortable with and knows how to navigate ambiguity independently, able to ask the right questions to create an end-to-end plan, and then own the execution from start to finish
- Influencing without authority is a core requirement
- Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written
- Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to seamlessly deliver and execute new HR tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support people related decision-making
- Experience acting as a trusted advisor/consultant that can influence without authority
- Self-starter with project coordination skills, ability to grasp the deliverables, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent communicator and collaborative team player
- Ability to solve problems and identify root causes of various HR issues
- Strong solution-focused mindset and being comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables
Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $132,700.00 - $206,800.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
- Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
