Full Job Description
General Summary: This position reports to the Associate Director, People & Culture and provides human resources business partner generalist support in a unionized manufacturing environment. The incumbent will implement key programs and initiatives in support of the organization's goals and strategies. This hands-on role is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to managers and employees in the areas of employee relations, labor relations, talent management, culture, change management, organizational effectiveness, capability development, and the successful implementation of core people processes. The role will serve as a key liaison with union leadership, helping to foster positive labor-management relationships, support contract administration, and ensure consistent application of collective bargaining agreements. Additionally, this position will manage talent reporting and analytics to ensure compliance with key processes and identify opportunities to advance Campbell's talent and culture agenda.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

1) Employee & Labor Relations: Respond to and manage employee relations issues; coach employees and managers on performance management and execution of performance improvement plans; build and foster an environment of trust. Partner closely with union representatives and plant leadership to administer the collective bargaining agreement, address workplace concerns, participate in grievance resolution, support investigations, and promote positive labor-management relations.

2) Talent Management: Create direction and partner with management to design and implement talent management plans that address organizational needs, including succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.

3) Reporting & Analytics: Develop, manage, and leverage key talent-related reports to communicate progress on completion of core people processes, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce capability.

4) HR Program Management: Ensure successful administration and implementation of key HR programs to maintain compliance, consistency, and employee engagement across the organization. Provide guidance regarding policy interpretation, collective bargaining agreement provisions, and employment practices.

5) Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness: Implement change management plans to support key organizational initiatives. Facilitate organizational design efforts, workforce transitions, and change strategies while balancing business needs, employee experience, and labor relations considerations.

6) Labor Relations & Union Partnership: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with local union leadership and represented employees. Support collective bargaining activities, grievance administration, contract interpretation, workforce planning initiatives, and proactive labor-management engagement efforts that contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Required Education & Skills/Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4+ years of Human Resources generalist experience.

Preferred Education & Skills/Experience:
• HR experience supporting talent management, change management and culture.
• Evidence of personal initiative to drive toward results is critical.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency, ability to take initiative, and can work independently.
• Strong facilitation, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand, run and analyze data and reports.

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to regularly move throughout a manufacturing environment, including production, warehouse, and office areas, to effectively engage with employees, investigate workplace concerns, conduct meetings, and support plant operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$81,700-$122,500

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
