Full Job Description
The Senior Financial Data Analyst role encompasses a broad spectrum of financial responsibilities, including budgeting, strategic initiatives, and delivering insightful reporting against our company's financial goals. As an integral business partner to the CTO and the COO the senior financial analyst will provide vital operation support, ensure optimal allocation of resources across manufacturing and distribution facilities. Candidate's expertise will be instrumental in developing processes, as well as crafting financial reports that facilitate tracking expenditures and monitoring business performance.

Duties
  • Partner with finance team in Reporting, Forecast and Budgeting cycles.
  • Analyze actual manufacturing cost against standard, explaining variance.
  • Prepare and lead monthly ad-hoc reviews with business partners by providing insights and clear understanding of variances.
  • Manage weekly and monthly manufacturing labor and Overhead costs including reporting and analysis of COGS.
  • Build procurements savings trackers to validate saving initiatives.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly relevant KPI's and Metrics on labor productivity.
  • Calculate and update Manufacturing labor and Overhead rates monthly, including ERP Execution.
  • Work with Accounting team to evaluate and enhance coding procedures.
  • Taking ownership for personal development.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance ,or Accounting.
  • A minimum of 4 years Finance or Accounting experience, includes relevant experience in analytics.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data into useful insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with partners at high level.
  • Advanced MS skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL is required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft AX ERP is preferred.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Manfacturing and Distribution preferred.
  • Results driven and detailed oriented.
