Full Job Description
Trinity Industries is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Capital Markets team in Dallas, TX. This role sits on a small, high performing team responsible for managing more than $5B of secured debt financings (ABS and term loans) and over $3B of managed railcar assets.

The successful candidate will play a key role in portfolio management, transaction execution, and senior level reporting, with regular exposure to investors, rating agencies, banks, and internal leadership.

What You'll Do:
  • Own ongoing reporting and compliance across multiple secured financing vehicles
  • Prepare materials for senior management, board, and external stakeholder presentations
  • Support and execute new financings, refinancings, and related capital markets transactions
  • Coordinate with external counterparties including banks, investors, trustees, legal counsel, and rating agencies
  • Build and maintain complex financial and cash flow models
  • Analyze large data sets related to asset performance, collateral composition, and financing metrics
  • Provide analytical insights supporting capital structure, liquidity, and portfolio decisions
  • Mentor junior analysts and review analytical work as needed
