Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A
Summary/Objective
The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A will perform various financial analyses and forecasts core to the FP&A role in daily partnership with our Treasury and Controllership teams. This includes financial statement modeling, annual budget setting, and routine reporting. The Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A will use critical thinking and problem solving to communicate key insights for: long-term strategic decisions, operational improvements, capital and cash needs, and business performance optimization.

Essential Functions
• Analyze business problems within the company with a focus on improving processes within the CFO organization
• Partner with various departments throughout the organization regarding underlying business performance metrics and efficiencies
• Create sophisticated financial models in order to assist and improve long-term capital planning and forecasting
• Evaluate impacts of new business opportunities emphasizing alignment with ACA's financial goals
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, as requested by Management, in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintain and enhance routine financial reporting
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in corporate finance (financial services industry experience preferred but not required)
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in accounting, finance, or economics
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• SQL and BI (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) experience preferred
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess strong analytical capabilities with a combination of keen attention to detail and focus on the big picture
• Ability to function in a fast paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
• Self-directed with high analytical initiative to ask questions, dig deeper, and solve problems

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. The daily schedule may vary from 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm. Hours may vary or exceed 40 in any given week depending on the needs of the business.
