Full Job Description
The Senior Finance Data Analyst works closely with stakeholders to ensure standardized, efficient data and reporting. The position will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining the data landscape relevant to FP&A.
This position has been segmented as Remote Anywhere meaning the work is completed 100% remote anywhere in the U.S. except Hawaii or United States Territories.
Responsibilities:
• Leverage key system knowledge, business acumen, and organizational knowledge to design, develop, and maintain a standardized data methodology and reporting suite aimed at informing and driving strategic business decisions.
• Develop, create and improve data management and reporting capabilities consistently, particularly with continuous improvement as a priority to evolve in parallel to the business landscape.
• Apply a keen strategic bent in data analysis, identifying opportunities and roadblocks and developing solutions that drive our business.
• Measure effectiveness of systems and results against established KPI’s consistently to ensure optimization by developing and providing innovative solutions for improvement.
• Partner with Sr Manager, to implement and maintain an innovative, automation first mindset capable of leveraging AI across the enterprise.
• Other duties assigned by manager.
Relationships:
• Internal: Works with FP&A as well as across functions on an enterprise level with a diverse range of stakeholders up to and including the executive level.
• External: Works closely with consultants and contractors.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, data management, statistics or related field.
• Experience across the entire data value chain, including data warehouses, data lakes, big data, ELT, data modeling, database administration, security, user interface, reporting & analysis.
• Experience in CI and improvement of user experience.
• Experience in improving user experience by interpreting data and automating decision making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and adjust as new priorities and timelines change.
• Ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
• Ability to influence at all levels of the organization, including executive management, employees, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to perform well with ambiguity and complex situations.
• Strong independent judgment, discretion, critical, and analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
This role will also receive an annual incentive plan bonus.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between
$65,000 - $100,000
