Supporting the Business Operations & Experience segment, you will serve as a key partner to global finance leaders and stakeholders, acting as a central point of coordination for financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives across the organization.
In this role, you will build strong relationships with finance teams around the globe, gathering and consolidating information to support decision-making, improve reporting consistency, and drive operational efficiencies. You'll be expected to take initiative, identify opportunities for improvement, solve complex business problems, and influence positive change across multiple regions and functions. You will also play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, uncovering cost-saving opportunities, and promoting standardized financial processes that support scalable growth.
This position you will drive key financial initiatives, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, strategic planning, management reporting, financial analysis, and special projects. As part of CBRE's Financial Strategy & Operations function, you will partner with global finance leaders and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, strengthen financial controls, identify opportunities for improvement, and support informed business decisions that drive organizational performance.
What You'll Do:- Partner with global finance leaders and stakeholders to support strategic decision-making, financial planning, and operational excellence across the organization.
- Drive the annual budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial insights.
- Build strong relationships with finance teams across multiple regions to gather, consolidate, and validate financial information.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, financial risks, and performance trends, providing recommendations that support business objectives.
- Prepare, analyze, and deliver complex financial reports, forecasts, pro forma analyses, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Review and validate balance sheet analyses, cash flow reporting, supporting schedules, and consolidated reporting packages to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including the review of journal entries and financial reporting deliverables.
- Promote standardized financial processes, reporting methodologies, and internal controls across global finance teams.
- Lead and support special projects focused on process improvement, operational efficiencies, reporting enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
- Research, develop, and implement accounting and finance policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to resolve complex financial and operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leaders, translating complex data into actionable business decisions.
- Influence stakeholders across multiple functions to gain alignment, drive initiatives forward, and achieve shared business goals.

What You'll Need: - Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8+ years of experience in finance, financial planning & analysis, strategy, accounting, or a related field. Equivalent experience and education will also be considered.
- Proven leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders, build partnerships across global teams, drive initiatives forward, and lead through collaboration rather than direct authority.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, identify opportunities, and develop practical solutions to complex business challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to executive leaders and influence decision-making across the organization.
- Experience leading discussions involving sensitive, complex, and business-critical issues while balancing multiple stakeholder perspectives.
- Advanced financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting experience, with a strong understanding of financial drivers and business performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an inquisitive mindset with a commitment to accuracy, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret financial data, develop meaningful insights, and support strategic business decisions.
- Must be authorized to work in United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
