Job Overview
As a Sr. Enterpise Collaboration Engineer, your primary duties will include maintaining the operational integrity, efficiency, and dependability of enterprise-level collaboration and productivity platforms. You'll own the full lifecycle of our enterprise conferencing and telephony platforms, Microsoft Teams Rooms and Cisco Webex, from early validation through production deployment, ongoing operations, and continuous improvement. Coordinating room readiness across T-Mobile WA HQ and worldwide sites. You'll partner with a team of skilled systems engineers and collaborate with Facilities, CRE, vendors, and business stakeholders to keep our workforce connected and productive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer Cisco Webex Control Hub and manage Webex room systems including codecs, Navigator touch panels, Room Kits, and Boards.
- Configure and manage Cisco hardware including codec pairing, room navigator integration, and Appspace playlist management on Cisco devices.
- Troubleshoot conference room AV issues including audio routing, amplifiers, speakers, displays, cameras, and presentation sharing.
- Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR): deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and Pro license management.
- Own and maintain test room environments used to validate MTR deployments prior to production rollout.
- Own room device lifecycle including provisioning, cert-based authentication, firmware lifecycle management, and hardware troubleshooting for MTR-compatible and hardware-upgrade rooms.
- Interface with vendors and TAM contacts on firmware updates, admin agent releases, and device certification issues.
- Coordinate with Facilities, CRE, and hardware vendors to scope, schedule, and validate room readiness at T-Mobile WA HQ and worldwide sites.
- Administer Microsoft Teams policies, meeting settings, calling configurations, and Teams Rooms accounts in the Teams Admin Center and Teams Rooms Pro Management portal.
- Support Microsoft Teams large meetings, live events, and webinars including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Support Operator Connect including SIP phone configuration, call queue management, and E911 compliance.
- Manage Teams phone evaluations and coordinate with telephony vendors on Direct Routing and Operator Connect initiatives.
- Manage resource accounts for room mailboxes (Exchange Online + Teams) and maintain credential vaulting via CyberArk.
- Apply Entra ID (Azure AD) fundamentals including identity management, conditional access policies, and service account governance.
- Perform incident triage and root cause analysis for systems, applications, executive and event-space rooms (high-visibility, low-tolerance environments).
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and processes that can enhance the systems and applications.
- Create, manage, and use dashboard for monitoring applications, and the underlying infrastructure, improve the quality of services using the monitoring feedback.
- Contributes to future improvement of application delivery processes and operations.
- Author technical documentation and knowledge base articles for platform processes.
- Own and resolve ServiceNow tickets in the queue

Work Experience:
- 4-7 years Relevant experience (required)
- 4+ years of Microsoft Teams Room or Cisco Webex Conferencing experience
- Microsoft Teams administration experience including meetings, calling, policies, licensing, and tenant configuration
- Video/Voice and conferencing systems including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex room systems (codecs, Room Kits, Boards, Navigator touch panels), and conference room AV
- Cisco Webex Control Hub administration and Cisco Webex room systems (codecs, Navigator touch panels, Room Kits, Boards)
- Teams calling: Operator Connect, Direct Routing concepts, and E911 configuration
- Microsoft Teams Admin Center and Teams Rooms Pro Management portal administration
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) including identity management, conditional access, and service account administration
- PowerShell experience (Required)
- Experience or proven understanding of Gen AI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to speak directly and professionally.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
Education:- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 3 years of related experience

Base Pay Range: $98,500 - $177,700
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
