Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in cloud-based high-performance systems development.
• 7+ years in leading and managing high-performance teams.
• Proven track record of managing teams of 9+ engineers and ensuring end-to-end delivery.
• Strong stakeholder and program management skills.
• Extensive experience with distributed systems and cloud services using Java, Spring Boot, Golang, or Python.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Understanding of non-functional requirements (NFRs).
