What You Will Do:
Investigate non-conformances, deviations, and defects, implementing effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
Utilizes Advance Quality Planning techniques (PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow, 8-D and Control Plans, etc.) to identify risks and propose mitigation solutions.
What You will Learn:
Quick problem resolution, collaboration across cross functional teams, utilize your Six-Sigma skills while using the tools to get to effective root cause, corrective actions. Gain the ability to work with a group of individuals with high skillsets and personalities.
Lead and/or Co-Lead CORE projects, Best Teams, Red-Team, NOE investigations. Opportunities to visits other facilities within the Collins organization.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
2 years of experience in a product quality position.
2 years of experience with AS9100 regulatory requirements.
2 Years of experience with root cause analysis, corrective action implementation

QualificationsWe Prefer:
Proficiency in quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 8D problem-solving, and Six Sigma).
Data analytics skills with the ability to prepare, process, analyze, and visualize significant amounts of information from multiple data sources while keeping the big picture in mind.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate9s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
