The Opportunity Adobe's Global Employee Brand & Communications team is hiring a Senior Employee Communications Specialist to tell the stories that connect our 30,000 employees to the company, our products, and our culture.
You are a storyteller and content creator who works like a reporter for Adobe's employee base. You find and tell employee and company stories with care. You develop content for every internal platform. And you keep our storytelling organized through the cross-platform content calendar and the daily operations behind it.
You bring an eye for quality to the content you make and the pipeline you help run. You produce strong work on a clear timeline.
You work across Comms, Product, and Brand to make sure our biggest company and product stories reach employees in ways they understand and remember.
What you'll Do - Build content for the company's internal platforms that tells employee and company stories
- Find and source stories worth telling from across roles, regions, and teams
- Support Customer Zero storytelling, from employee betas to product stories that help employees understand and connect with the brand
- Tell the story of Adobe's biggest moments, from internal employee experiences to our largest events
- Own the Employee Comms content calendar and support the editorial operations that keep us organized
- Review and edit content, manage the publishing pipeline, and use analytics to refine what we publish
- Use AI to improve the efficiency of content workflows
What you need to succeed - 5+ years in content creation, internal or corporate communications, journalism, or editorial storytelling
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a talent for turning company and product news into clear, engaging stories
- A knack for finding a story, getting the details, and producing strong work on a short timeline
- Sound editorial judgment and a talent for staying organized across a content calendar and several projects
- Comfort using performance signals to understand what is working and improve
- Experience using AI tools to improve content creation
- Strong collaboration skills to move work forward across teams
- Visual content creation experience in design or video is a plus
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $58,800 -- $123,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $85,200 - $123,500
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
