Sr. Director, Partner Sales, AMSLocation: Remote, USAYour Impact:In this role, you will lead the development, execution, and management of Illumio's partner sales strategy across the United States and Canada. You will build and lead a high-performing team of Partner Account Managers focused on accelerating revenue growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and driving predictable business outcomes.
The Senior Director, Partner Sales, AMS will report to the SVP, Global Partner Sales & Alliances and serve as a key leader in driving channel performance, operational excellence, and partner engagement across the region.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Partner Account Managers responsible for driving revenue growth, pipeline creation, and partner-sourced business across the United States and Canada.
- Implement regional partner strategy, execution, and performance against quarterly and annual business objectives.
- Build a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through effective coaching, talent development, and performance management.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and establish disciplined business rhythms, including QBRs, scorecards, and business reviews that drive predictable execution.
- Develop executive-level relationships with strategic partners and align joint business plans to Illumio growth priorities.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to maximize partner engagement and business results.
- Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.
Your Toolkit:- Bachelor's degree required; Business or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of sales and leadership experience with a proven track record of driving revenue through reseller, alliance, Cloud, GSI and MSP partners in cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated success building and executing partner strategies and partner business plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Proven experience hiring, coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability, navigate change, and lead through ambiguity.
- Experience establishing operating cadences, forecasting disciplines, business reviews, and performance metrics that enable predictable growth.
- Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills with partner leadership teams.
- Analytical and data-driven decision maker with expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance optimization.
- Deep understanding of partner business models, go-to-market motions, and strategic alliance management.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align partner initiatives with company objectives.
- Track record of scaling teams and delivering consistent growth through disciplined execution and operational excellence
