Role Summary:

The Director of Implementations leads new program launches, platform transitions, and change requests to ensure seamless onboarding of pharmaceutical client programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full lifecycle of client implementations: requirements, documentation, launch
• Lead development of BRDs, SOPs, and training materials
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Ops, Legal, and Finance
• Ensure platform readiness and data migration milestones are achieved
• Communicate status and updates to clients throughout the pre-launch phase
• Drive go-live success through detailed planning and internal alignment

Accountabilities:
• On-time, validated program launches
• Internal and external launch coordination
• Client satisfaction with onboarding process

Qualifications:
• 7+ years in healthcare implementations, preferably in pharma hub services
• Expertise in functional platform readiness and IT integration
• Excellent project management, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience managing regulatory documentation (MSA, SOWs, BAA, HIPAA)
