Full Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and retention. In partnership with the Senior Leadership Team, position Nonin's Values as a focal point in planning and workplace norms.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that support organizational transformation and scalability.
Create talent strategies inclusive of talent acquisition, succession planning, talent development, and performance management.
Lead annual talent & succession and organization workforce planning processes to ensure the appropriate scaling of talent and capabilities to deliver strategic objectives.
Partner and guide business leaders in support of performance management, organization design, and change management needs.
Determine the appropriate compensation and benefit solutions to attract, retain, and reward employees.
Work collaboratively with the Board Compensation Committee to design and administer non-executive and executive compensation programs. Ensure charter and materials are aligned with organizational needs, strategy, and annual plans.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll practices, benefit and leave administration, and compliant filings.
Serve as executive member of the 401(k) and Compliance Committees.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators for effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Ensure an understanding of current and future industry and functional trends.
Create a high-performing, highly engaged HR Team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education & Experience:
7-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience
3-5 years Human Resource leadership experience
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
Preferred Experiences:
Medical Device or Life Sciences industry experience
Previous experience partnering with Compensation Committee of a Board of Directors
