Job Description:The Senior Director, Snacking Finance Program Management will lead the program management office for the
Snacking Finance Integration, a complex, enterprise-wide transformation designed to integrate finance processes, capabilities, systems, data, and ways of working across the Snacking organization.
This role will serve as the central orchestration point for the Finance Integration, partnering closely with senior Finance leadership, business leaders, functional workstream owners, and cross-functional partners to translate integration objectives into an executable roadmap and drive disciplined delivery.
The Senior Director will bring structure, transparency, and momentum to a highly interdependent transformation-ensuring priorities are aligned, decisions are made at the right level and pace, risks and dependencies are actively managed, and the organization is prepared to successfully adopt new processes and ways of working.
What are we looking for?- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Significant experience in Finance, transformation, integration, program management, strategy, or related leadership roles within a large, complex organization.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation or integration programs with significant organizational, process, technology, and data complexity.
- Strong understanding of enterprise Finance processes, operating models, and the interdependencies across Finance functions.
- Proven ability to establish governance, manage complex portfolios of work, identify critical dependencies, and drive execution against ambitious timelines.
- Experience working directly with senior executives and translating complex information into clear decisions and actions.
- Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to connect integration activities to broader business objectives and value creation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly in highly matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, create structure where it does not yet exist, and maintain momentum through periods of significant change.
- Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
What will be your key responsibilities?Finance Integration Leadership:- Lead end-to-end program management for the Snacking Finance Integration, establishing the overall roadmap, governance model, milestones, decision forums, and measures of success.
- Translate Finance Integration strategy and leadership priorities into a coordinated, executable program plan across Finance functions and business units.
- Maintain an integrated view of Finance workstreams, milestones, dependencies, critical-path activities, and implementation readiness.
- Ensure integration activities remain aligned to the broader Snacking business strategy, operating model, and transformation agenda.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to Finance leadership, identifying issues requiring executive attention and driving them toward timely resolution.
Program Governance & Execution:- Establish and lead a rigorous program management cadence, including leadership reviews, workstream forums, decision tracking, risk management, and progress reporting.
- Define clear accountability across workstreams and ensure owners understand deliverables, timing, dependencies, and decision rights.
- Proactively identify risks, resource constraints, sequencing issues, and cross-functional dependencies that could impact successful delivery.
- Drive resolution of complex issues that span functions, businesses, systems, processes, and organizational boundaries.
- Develop clear, executive-level reporting that provides transparency into progress, risks, decisions, and areas requiring intervention.
- Continuously assess program health and adjust plans, resources, governance, and priorities as business conditions evolve.
Cross-Functional Integration- Partner with Finance functional leaders across areas such as FP&A, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Accounting/Controllership, Treasury, Tax, and other Finance capabilities to ensure coordinated execution.
- Build strong partnerships with IT/Digital, HR, Transformation, Strategy, Operations, and other functions critical to Finance Integration.
- Ensure dependencies between process, technology, data, organization, and capability-building initiatives are understood and actively managed.
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders with differing priorities and perspectives, creating clarity around enterprise decisions and trade-offs.
Executive Communication & Decision Support:- Prepare and facilitate senior leadership and steering committee discussions, ensuring leaders have the information required to make timely, high-quality decisions.
- Distill complex program issues into clear choices, implications, recommendations, and required actions.
- Maintain disciplined decision and escalation processes to prevent unresolved issues from impacting critical milestones.
- Provide Finance leadership with an objective view of program progress, execution risks, and organizational readiness.
Change & Integration Readiness:- Partner with Finance and change-management leaders to ensure the organization is prepared for new processes, systems, roles, and ways of working.
- Establish readiness criteria and mechanisms to assess implementation preparedness across Finance teams.
- Support stakeholder engagement and communications to build understanding, alignment, and ownership throughout the integration.
- Ensure integration plans appropriately address business continuity and minimize disruption to core Finance activities.
Team & Capability Leadership:- Lead and develop a high-performing Finance Integration program management team.
Establish consistent program management standards, tools, and disciplines across Finance workstreams. - Build program management capability within Finance and promote a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and execution excellence.
- Influence effectively across a matrixed organization, including stakeholders and teams outside of direct reporting relationships.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
