We are expanding our Corporate Sales leadership team and seeking a Director of Corporate Accounts to lead and grow a high‑performing team of Corporate Account Executives across a large multi‑state region (approximately half of the U.S.).
This is a senior‑level opportunity for an accomplished LTL corporate sales leader who thrives in a growth environment and enjoys building teams, driving strategy, and managing enterprise‑level customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop 8–12 Corporate Account Executives focused on national and enterprise LTL customers
- Drive revenue growth through new business development, account expansion, and retention
- Own regional corporate sales strategy and execution
- Coach through pipeline reviews, joint sales calls, territory planning, and performance management
- Partner closely with Pricing, Operations, and Executive Leadership to win and retain large accounts
- Serve as an escalation point and relationship owner for key strategic customers
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top corporate sales talent
- Travel regularly within the assigned region
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in LTL transportation sales, including corporate or national accounts
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing multi‑rep teams across large geographies
- Proven success growing enterprise‑level LTL relationships
- Strong understanding of LTL pricing, contracts, and yield management
- Track record of leading teams to consistent growth and accountability
- Willingness to travel extensively
