We are expanding our Corporate Sales leadership team and seeking a Director of Corporate Accounts to lead and grow a high‑performing team of Corporate Account Executives across a large multi‑state region (approximately half of the U.S.).

This is a senior‑level opportunity for an accomplished LTL corporate sales leader who thrives in a growth environment and enjoys building teams, driving strategy, and managing enterprise‑level customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop 8–12 Corporate Account Executives focused on national and enterprise LTL customers
  • Drive revenue growth through new business development, account expansion, and retention
  • Own regional corporate sales strategy and execution
  • Coach through pipeline reviews, joint sales calls, territory planning, and performance management
  • Partner closely with Pricing, Operations, and Executive Leadership to win and retain large accounts
  • Serve as an escalation point and relationship owner for key strategic customers
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top corporate sales talent
  • Travel regularly within the assigned region
