About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Sr. Digital Experience Specialist to enhance digital journeys for GoodRx’s priority growth areas, including Companion, Weight Loss Subscriptions, and other key business lines. In this role, you will translate business goals, customer insights, and performance data into actionable conversion rate optimization (CRO) and digital experience roadmap, You will work independently and partner across Marketing, Product, Design, Analytics, Engineering, SEO, CRM, and Legal to deliver effective digital experiences and measurable results..


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Roadmap: Define digital experience strategies for assigned business lines and manage a prioritized CRO and landing-page roadmap.
  • Optimization: Drive continuous optimization for landing pages and merchandising modules while ensuring messaging continuity across all channels.
  • Experimentation & Analytics: Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments (e.g., using Optimizely) and utilize analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Lookr) to generate actionable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the point of contact for CRO, landing page, and upsell development within Marketing. Partner closely with Marketing and Product leads to ensure testing plans and designs meet evolving business objectives and product/campaign needs.
  • AI Integration: Implement repeatable AI-enabled workflows for research, content creation, and process improvement while upholding legal and brand standards. Communicate findings, recommendations, and results to cross-functional stakeholders and adapt approaches based on business needs and performance data.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Design, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital experience, growth marketing, or related digital disciplines.
  • Proven ability to lead digital strategy and landing-page optimization across multiple channels.

  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Design, Analytics, and Engineering.

$96,000.00 - $154,000.00

New York Office:

$88,000.00 - $141,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$80,000.00 - $128,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$72,000.00 - $115,000.00
