In this role, you'll manage and mentor a small DevOps Engineering team while staying hands-on with the technology. You'll help shape infrastructure strategy, lead automation and self-healing initiatives, and ensure systems are built for scale. From containerization with Docker and Kubernetes to AWS cloud services, IAM, EKS, CI/CD with GitLab, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Argo CD, you'll have the chance to work with a modern stack while building a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you need both leadership experience and technical expertise, with a proven track record of guiding teams, driving automation, and creating secure, reliable infrastructure.
