DESCRIPTION

About the Role: Senior Demand Generation Manager, Finance Division

As the Senior Demand Generation Manager for our Finance Division, you will own the marketing engine that drives qualified pipeline and revenue growth.

This is not a coordination role. You will be accountable for the numbers, the strategy, the budget, and the results. You'll develop and execute a 90-day rolling marketing plan, manage campaign performance, optimize channel investments, and partner closely with division leadership to achieve monthly MQL and pipeline goals.

What You'll Own

  • Monthly MQL targets tied directly to division revenue goals
  • Division marketing strategy, including ICP, positioning, channel mix, and campaign planning
  • Marketing and business development budget allocation
  • End-to-end campaign execution and optimization
  • Performance reporting and KPI management
  • Cross-functional alignment with division leadership, business development, and the growth team


Key Metrics

Success in this role is measured by:
  • Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • MQL-to-SQL conversion rates
  • Cost per Lead (CPL)
