At Resideo, we are ready to welcome you as the newest Senior Demand & Asset Planner where your insights will be showcased as they directly impact business performance.

As Resideo celebrates our first time reaching the Fortune 500 list, we're looking for you to further support our growth through New Product Introduction (NPI) by playing a critical role at the center of our commercial organization - driving smarter decisions, improving forecast accuracy, and helping us deliver the right products to the right customers at the right time.

As a Senior Demand & Asset Planner, you'll be a key driver of our forecasting strategy, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to turn data into actionable insights.

In this role you will:
  • Build and own demand forecasts across customers, products, and time horizons.
  • Lead demand planning and cross-functional coordination for New Product Introductions (NPI), including developing initial forecasts and ensuring strong launch execution and post launch tracking.
  • Lead monthly forecast alignment discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to incorporate real-time business intelligence.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Support supply chain strategy by providing key inputs on inventory, product launches, and phase-outs.
  • Continuously improve forecasting models using analytics and error tracking.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related field
  • 3+ years of demonstrated strong proficiency in statistics and forecasting methodologies
  • 2+ years operating with demand planning tools (e.g., o9, SAP/APO, Manugistics, Oracle Demand Planning, Oracle Demantra or similar systems)
  • The ability to work in a hybrid work environment (in-office Tues/Weds/Thurs, remote/work from home Mon/Fri)


WE VALUE
  • APICS certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) or other forecasting/planning certifications
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that carries the ability to work independently and hold yourself accountable while being a member of a collaborative team
  • Experience in a Demand Planning environment with more than 2000 SKUs
  • Experience working directly with senior and executive leadership teams
