Job DescriptionAs a Senior Data Analytics Manager at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in steering the Support and Operations of Enterprise Data Warehouse. Your expertise will ensure effective consumption of data products through Data Agents and BI platforms, enabling data-driven decision-making and driving strategic initiatives across the organization. You will report directly to our Director IT, and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact decision making in business, optimize processes, increase cost savings, and improve customer satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Accountable for operational excellence of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and related consumption tools.
- Closely collaborate with EDW platform, data engineering and delivery teams to drive data needs of the organization with key business and functional SMEs.
- Responsible to establish and evangelize the best of breed analytics eco-system, deployment standards & best practices, common design patterns, and overall operational excellence for the analytics ecosystem
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing and optimizing processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.
- Provide mentorship and guidance while fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE- Overall 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in leading/managing Enterprise Datawarehouse Operations and data analytics tools
- 3+ years of experience leading and coaching direct or indirect reports.
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively influence and coach others.
- Proven track record of managing data warehouse operations; implementing best practices for data governance and security.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning and predictive modeling.
- Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.
