Full Job Description
Under limited supervision, develops and assists others in developing quantitative analysis of budgets, sales performance, revenues, margins and/or other analysis in support of sales or solutions strategies that create value for FedEx. Plans, develops, coordinates and/or executes sales plans, projects and/or programs. Leads peer analysis in sales and/or solutions, making recommendations to upper management. Works on multiple complex assignments concurrently. Leads cross departmental analysis. Structures analytical tools and guides staff in their use. Leads brainstorming and development of recommendations for highly complex sales issues, recommending best methods. Acts with senior level authority. Uses advanced computer modeling, databases, tools and/or other approaches in analyses. Chairs cross-functional meetings that may include upper management. Exhibits advanced knowledge of business etiquette and processes. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis and/or knowledge management. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or equivalent* in Business, Finance, Economic, Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis and/or knowledge management. The position requires experience with: Python; R Programming; M Query language; SAS; DAX; SQL; Power BI; Visual Basic. Advanced skills with business software. Proven ability to plan and work on multiple major assignments concurrently. Demonstrated ability to successfully lead analytical teams working on major business issues. Knowledge of third and fourth generation computer languages, SAS or RDBMS. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong writing and oral communication skills. Advanced analytical skills. Strong project management skills. This position will be hybrid in New York, NY and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week. Salary Range: $182,208.00/yr to $187,287.72/yr In addition to offering competitive salaries, we offer stock options, bonuses, disability and life insurance and retirement savings with matching *Employer will accept one (1) year of directly related experience in lieu of one (1) year of education.*
