Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced, versatile Senior Full-Stack Customer Solutions Engineer who combines deep software engineering expertise with strong customer-facing execution skills. This role requires mastery of Adlib's core technology stack (C#, .NET, Angular, SQL) and advanced proficiency in n8n, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

Unlike a traditional engineering role, this position follows a Forward-Deployed Engineering (FDE) model, embedding directly with customers during onboarding and expansion to execute packaged Activation Packs, integrate systems, validate workflows, and deliver rapid time-to-value.

You will accelerate customer success by proving ROI, enabling scalable adoption of Adlib's platform, and translating complex enterprise requirements into performant, repeatable solutions. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Sales to drive outcomes and feed field learnings back into the core platform.

Key Responsibilities

Forward-Deployed Engineering and Customer Activation:
  • Embed with customers during activation sprints to lead implementation of Adlib Trust Kits PrecisionPaths, packaged accelerators, and workflow templates
  • Architect and integrate Adlib's platform into complex customer ecosystems using APIs, enterprise systems, automation pipelines, and standardized deployment patterns
  • Configure, orchestrate, and optimize automation workflows using n8n, including custom nodes and enterprise-grade orchestration
  • Design and deploy LLM-based and RAG-enabled workflows, including prompt engineering, embedding pipelines, retrieval logic, and hybrid search patterns
  • Validate customer workflows, measure value realization, and ensure production-level readiness
  • Serve as the customer-facing technical lead, facilitating workshops, conducting technical deep dives, and guiding deployment best practices
  • Ensure solutions meet security, observability, performance, and rollback standards defined in the FDE playbook
  • Communicate deployment patterns, lessons learned, and reusable logic back to Product and Engineering
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to ensure a smooth transition from late-stage sales cycles into activation execution

Full-Stack Engineering and System Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C# (ASP.NET, .NET Core) and Angular
  • Contribute to system design, architectural reviews, and performance optimization
  • Work across both legacy and modern .NET applications, ensuring compatibility and modernization where required
  • Develop reusable components, libraries, and workflow modules to support repeatable customer deployments
  • Troubleshoot complex issues spanning UI, backend services, automation workflows, LLM pipelines, and integrations

AI, Workflow Automation, and Systems Integration:
  • Architect and deliver LLM-driven and RAG-enabled workflows, including vector search, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and dataset preparation
  • Maintain and extend n8n workflows, automation logic, and integrations
  • Integrate Adlib systems with cloud services, enterprise platforms, and ECM systems
  • Stay current on advancements in AI, workflow automation, and platform engineering
