Full Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Corporate Recruiter to sit in New York.

Where You'll Come In
As the Sr. Corporate Recruiter you will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team and
support the entire candidate journey, ensuring a smooth, professional, and thoughtful
experience for all candidates. You will be responsible for working across both technical and
non-technical functions that TFD team is hiring for - to coordinate schedules, arrange kickoffs
and debriefs, and keep up the data integrity within all internal recruiting tools. While reporting to
our Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations youll get to learn the ins and outs of
recruiting and take on more responsibility as you progress within the role, including sourcing,
screening candidates, and operational projects.
This will be a hybrid role based at our HQ in Greenwich Village, with the expectation of
being in the office 3-4 days a week and occasionally up to 5 days a week.
How You'll Make An Impact
Proactively schedule all interviews for hiring teams while ensuring we keep consistent
momentum for the candidate.
Drive an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire interview process,
including during on-site interviews.
Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure that on-site interview rooms are prepared,
and equipped for in-person interviews.
Be a warm, welcoming host, and key point of contact throughout the entire interview
process including hosting candidates throughout their in-person interviews.
Act as a liaison between candidates and interviewers to address any on-site and virtual
needs with speed.
Collaborate with Executive Assistant team to prioritize scheduling accordingly across
hiring and business needs while maintaining attention to detail.
Be seen as a master of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse, and our
accompanying platforms/resources for candidate management and data.
Own the new requisition set-up and job posting process to ensure system and formatting
consistency.
Streamline processes related to interviewing to ensure a seamless and elevated
candidate and interviewer experience.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience sourcing and screening to support all corporate roles (engineering HR/finance/legal, brand marketing, some tech)- software engineer, product design, etc.
- Expectation of 25 interviews a week/spending 10 hours of sourcing a week is expected
- Strong sense of urgency & candidate ownership
- Greenhouse experience is preferred/Experience using different platforms for recruiting (LI professional is required)
- Emphasis on quality of resumes/intentional with work
