Responsibilities

Senior Contracts Administrator

Drive Contract Excellence in Government Contracting

ITCON Services is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to oversee the full lifecycle of federal, state, local, and commercial contracts in a fast-paced, high-volume government contracting environment.

In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to business leaders, partnering across business development, capture, finance, legal, and program management to ensure contracts are structured, negotiated, and administered in compliance with applicable regulations while supporting the company's strategic growth.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex contractual challenges, and can confidently manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Location: Hybrid (4 days per week onsite at ITCON Services headquarters in Tysons Corner, Virginia)

Essential Responsibilities
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from proposal review through contract closeout.
  • Review, negotiate, draft, and administer prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, NDAs, and other contractual documents.
  • Administer federal government contracts in compliance with FAR, DFARS, agency regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage Joint Venture (JV) agreements, compliance requirements, reporting obligations, and partner coordination.
  • Administer and maintain GSA Schedule contracts, including modifications, pricing updates, reporting, option renewals, and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate contract modifications, renewals, option exercises, and closeout activities.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and internal contract assessments.
  • Partner with business development, capture, program management, finance, and legal teams.
  • Manage a high-volume workload while maintaining exceptional accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks and recommend practical business solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Contracts, Legal Studies, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience.
  • 5-8 years of contract administration experience, preferably supporting government contracting organizations.
  • Experience managing the full contract lifecycle.
  • Direct experience managing Joint Ventures (JVs).
  • Hands-on experience administering GSA Schedule contracts.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume portfolio of contracts while balancing competing priorities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting SBA programs, Mentor-Protégé Programs, IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, and other federal contract vehicles.
