What You'll Be Doing

The Senior Consultant, Operations Service Governance, will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the governance delivery for Enterprise Patching, Enterprise Security Hardening, and Enterprise Password Configuration. You will be involved in developing and maintaining processes and procedures to ensure timely and effective patch deployment, rigorous security hardening of systems, and robust password management practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor compliance, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring our technological environment remains secure, resilient, and aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This position may also contribute to remediating internal deficiencies or external deficiencies that fall under the scope of the Operations Service Governance team. Advise project managers, coordinators, and directors on technology functionality and utilization, drawing on your solid understanding of business dynamics. Additionally, you will utilize and advise on Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to support data-driven decision making and enhance reporting capabilities across the organization. Participate in the Technology Governance Council meetings to present compliance reporting using MS. PowerPoint. Contribute to transformation initiatives, helping drive organizational change and process improvements through technology adoption and innovative approaches.

How You'll Succeed

  • Understanding Technology Governance Requirements - Work closely with business partners to gather governance requirements and governance data for reporting. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Leading and Mentoring - Support end-to-end governance management as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process challenges.
  • Driving Transformation - Champion and support transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvement, facilitating change management, and promoting the adoption of innovative technologies for technology governance.

  • You can demonstrate experience with: 3-4+ years in an IT Governance role leading projects and designing solutions. You have the ability to elicit requirements and write strong documentation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary. You possess strong analytical abilities, including data analysis and gap analysis expertise. You are proficient with Excel pivot tables, Visio, and other Microsoft Office applications, and have hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
