Responsibilities

  • Acts as first point of reference for client inquiries
  • Provides accounting consulting guidance both internally and externally
  • Serves as a liaison to related areas and facilitates the monthly close cycle
  • Carries out complex, extensive, high-profile activities, such as direct interaction with top revenue clients and senior management
  • Evaluates and leads process improvement initiatives
  • Tracks KPIs and maintains internal documentation
  • Manages small projects and oversees the transition of New/Additional Business events

Full Job Description

As an Accounting and Data Services (ADS)Sr ClientConsultant,you willbe responsible fortheaccounting/reportingcomponentofkeyclient relationships.The ADS Client Consultant serves as the client's main point of contact forreporting communication,manages small projects,evaluates and leads process improvement initiatives,participatesin client meetings, tracks KPIs,andmaintains internal documentation. Consultants are also assigned to New/Additional Business events and will serve as theADSlead throughout the transition.

  • High level oftechnical and reporting knowledge, building toward becoming a subject matter expert

Working Model: Hybrid

We have a balanced hybrid working model to ensure you get the flexibility you need, and the successful candidate will spend their time between working in the office and working from home.

Qualifications:

Salary Range:

$74,700 - 126,900 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
