About this opportunityEricsson is a global leader in telecommunications, dedicated to delivering innovative in-building Radio Access Network (RAN) solutions that enhance wireless connectivity. We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead in-building RAN projects across the USA, with a focus on deploying Ericsson's Distributed Antenna System (DOT). In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle - from planning through successful delivery - collaborating across technical, operational, and stakeholder teams in a variety of facility environments including offices, airports, stadiums, hospitals, and more.
What you will do- Lead and manage in-building RAN construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Develop comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs), identifying suitable materials such as conduits, grounding hardware, connectors, and fire-rated penetrations
- Partner with RF design teams to contribute insights during the design phase and help identify optimal solutions.
- Provide direction and support to construction teams - including project managers, site supervisors, and service providers
- Oversee deployment of in-building RAN systems including Ericsson DOT, small cells, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), and Bi-Directional Amplifiers (BDAs), applying troubleshooting expertise as needed
- Develop and enforce quality assurance processes for construction and installation activities
- Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
- Deliver regular project status updates, reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership
The skills you bring- 8 or more years of experience in construction management with a focus on in-building RAN systems; hands-on experience with Ericsson DOT deployment is preferred
- Demonstrated success leading construction teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong knowledge of in-building RAN technologies including Ericsson DOT, small cells, DAS, and BDAs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams, vendors, and customers
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Preferred certifications: OSHA 30, RF Awareness, CPR/First Aid

Your PayThe salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Your TimeYour work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
