Full Job Description
Impact
As a Senior Compliance and Ethics Manager located in Birmingham, AL or Minneapolis, MN, you will be responsible for maintaining the continuity of key compliance program activities, supporting day-to-day compliance operations, and advancing strategic program priorities.

While no two days are the same, you will lead the execution of enterprise compliance risk assessments, translate risk insights into actionable compliance priorities, and oversee key elements of the ethics program, including policy lifecycle management. You will provide guidance to business stakeholders on ethical risks, oversee remediation efforts, and support the ongoing execution of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program You will collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Product teams to ensure consistent due diligence, risk evaluation, and alignment across a decentralized compliance model.

What You'll Need to Be Successful

  • You have a Bachelor's degree
  • You have 7+ years' experience as a compliance manager or similar position, along with 3+ years' experience in project management
  • You have experience in managing an enterprise compliance program, including designing and coordinating policies, procedures, and training materials
  • You have strong written and oral communication skills, building relationships and inspiring trust and confidence
  • You are a strong team player who is adaptable, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and committed to developing an inclusive team
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good business acumen, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail
  • You have the ability to multi-task, focus on critical priorities, and exercise sound judgment in an environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines


Pay Range: $115,000- $135,000

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Please work with your recruiter to learn more about the classification of this role.
