Responsibilities

  • Create and run customized tracking reports using HRIS and other databases.

  • Oversee the quarterly incentive process including data validation and quality review of payments.
  • Provide analysis and customized reports on HR data such as turnover and headcount.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during annual compensation planning to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support ad hoc compensation analyses and reporting requests as needed.

Sr Compensation Analyst

Your main responsibilities

The Sr Compensation Analyst will support the Compensation team with analytics, metrics, reporting and project assistance. This role will be an integral part of the Total Rewards team, as we are seeking an individual who will bring previous compensation analytics knowledge and experience and is willing and motivated to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Create, periodically update, and run various data and customized tracking reports utilizing the HRIS system and other internal and external vendor databases
  • Assist in data collection for and processing of quarterly commission and incentive payments to Field and Non-Field employees.
  • Manage survey requirements and track costs to support KPI reporting to include Compensation costs, retention rate, employee satisfaction and labor costs.
  • Manage the quarterly incentive process for relevant positions including the validation of HR data, collection of achievement results, quality review of all payments and process payments to Payroll.
  • Provide analysis and customized Power BI reports on HR data including turnover, headcount, special projects and audit requests
  • Collaborate with team and other cross-business functions during the annual compensation planning period to ensure accurate data and successful completion of the merit and bonus process
  • Actively participate in initiatives for ensuring data integrity across the HR through data validation and clean-up
  • Support various ad hoc compensation analyses, reporting requests, and projects as needed.

  • Bachelor's Degree required with 3+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis and administration.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills with Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills and Power BI experience required

Base Salary $101,300 - $125,600

The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include variable incentives or benefits. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on performance.
