- Address: Downtown Toronto.Team is currently working remotely. Must be located close to the GTA if position goes hybrid and for occasional onsite meetings

Day-to-Day:
• Develop and lead communications plans and supporting collateral for initiatives to impacted stakeholders
• Develop clear, simplified messages and/or content to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, up and including to the C-Suite and Board of Directors, via visuals, written communications, learning experiences, etc.
• Understand, synthesize, simplify and concisely communicate complex ideas/concepts (ex: technical to business)

Must-Have Skills:
• Graphic design
• Strong with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong writing and editing, with ability to develop clear, simplified messages to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, up to and including the C-Suite and Board of Directors
• Ability to understand, synthesize, simplify and concisely communicate complex ideas/concepts
• Experience working in both a technical and business context

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in data management and/or data risk management
• Event planning experience
• Former banking experience
