Full Job Description
Responsible for establishing new escrow accounts and processing escrow documents in accordance with established policies and procedures. Acts as a neutral third-party between buyers and sellers during a real estate sale, managing funds and processing real estate transactions.
HOW YOU9LL CONTRIBUTE
3 Handle all types of transactions
3 Analyze Company risk as it pertains to escrow and title.
3 Utilize and is an advocate of Gost.
3 Is an active member on all NCS Escrow calls and training workshops
3 Continues to enhance title knowledge by actively communicated and engaging with Title Underwriters.
3 Strong working knowledge of Corporate and NCS policies and procedures including wire fraud.
3 Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU9LL BRING
Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
3 High School diploma or equivalent
3 4-6 years9 experience as an Escrow Officer
3 Specialized knowledge in one or more escrow product areas
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)
3 Strong knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow/title industry field
3 Demonstrates a can do attitude not only with the clients but with fellow members the team which will allow them to think outside the box.
3 Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
3 Strong client relations and organizational skills
3 Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
3 Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Pay Range: $38.77 - $51.67 HourlyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
