Full Job Description
  • Lead the delivery and operation of enterprise Data Analytics Platforms including Posit, Tableau Cloud, and Spotfire.
  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, Product Owners, Technical Leads, offshore development teams, CloudOps, and QA teams.
  • Drive platform enhancements, onboarding, support, and adoption using an Agile product delivery model.
  • Work directly with Clinical and Commercial stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable platform improvements.
  • Demonstrate proactive, effective, and assertive communication to drive decisions, resolve issues, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure platform services are delivered effectively within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Requirements
  • Partner with Product Owners and Technical Leads to manage and execute platform roadmaps.
  • Engage directly with Clinical and Commercial stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize requests, and communicate progress.
  • Drive discussions, align stakeholders, and proactively resolve delivery, operational, and platform-related challenges.
  • Manage and coordinate offshore development teams to deliver enhancements and operational support.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and release planning.
  • Maintain and prioritize platform backlogs using tools such as Aha! and Jira.
  • Coordinate with CloudOps, Infrastructure, Security, and QA teams to remove delivery blockers and drive issue resolution.
  • Monitor platform health, usage, adoption, and service delivery metrics.
  • Support platform governance, user onboarding, access management, and change management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, validation, audit, and quality processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and business teams at all organizational levels to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics platforms, cloud platforms, or technology delivery roles.
  • Experience working within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare organizations.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Posit, Tableau Cloud, and Spotfire platforms.
  • Working knowledge of AWS cloud services, Kubernetes and cloud-based platform operations.
  • Experience operating in Agile delivery environments using Aha! and Jira.
  • Understanding of SDLC, platform operations, and support models.
  • Familiarity with GxP, validation, change control, and compliance processes.
  • Experience managing or coordinating offshore development teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to be proactive, assertive, and outcome-oriented.
  • Ability to effectively challenge, negotiate, drive decisions, manage competing priorities, and work across business and technical teams to deliver results.
  • Experience supporting Clinical, Commercial, or other regulated business functions is preferred
