Required Skills:- Extensive experience managing multi-capital projects in petrochemical or downstream industries
- Strong understanding of onsite construction and operations in petrochemical environments
- Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional project management skills, including schedule development, cost control, and risk mitigation
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in industrial settings
Nice to Have Skills:- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Familiarity with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) processes
- Certifications such as PMP or PE license
- Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations related to petrochemical facilities

- 10+ years of relevant project management experience in petrochemical or industrial construction projects
