Actively participate (and sometimes facilitate) in scrum events including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint review, and project status meetings for at least one team.
    • Lead end-to-end analysis, configuration, and delivery of complex client and internal projects within the assigned product area, ensuring timely and accurate completion
    • Configure, qualify, and deliver all levels of product documentation and associated modules; demo and validate updates against regulatory and industry standards
    • Develop, mentor, and coach team members through pairing, code/config review, and documentation-without formal management responsibility
    • Lead continuous quality improvement efforts across the team and product area, including process simplification and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Requirements Definition and Prioritization: Gather, articulate, and prioritize technical and client requirements for new features, balancing usability and technical feasibility; generate the stories and acceptance criteria that make up the feature backlog; facilitate story refinement sessions with Dev and QA to ensure consistent understanding and gather estimates.
    • Engage directly with clients through the full project lifecycle-from discovery through delivery-to ensure complete understanding of requirements and successful adoption
    • Proactively identify, define, and frame complex business and operational problems; independently propose and implement solutions that address root causes and drive measurable outcomes
    • Identify and resolve impediments impacting project delivery; communicate effectively across teams on multi-project client inquiries
  • Project and Program Management: In collaboration with your Product Manager, develop end-to-end project plans with clear timelines and milestones; coordinate teams to deliver on commitments; lead multi-day design sprints to surface challenges and opportunities; accept or reject delivered work within each Sprint.
    • Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities without loss of quality or pace; collaborate with immediate team members to meet team goals and KPIs
    • Anticipate and manage change, redirecting internal or external resources as needed to keep projects on track and aligned with organizational priorities
    • Collaborate across Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, Account Management, Sales, Implementations, and Support stakeholders
  • Technical Decision-Making: Utilize technical knowledge to inform decisions on system architecture, dependencies, and integrations within Net Health's ecosystem; pull data to understand API specifications and review code; provide regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements to ensure stakeholder alignment and visibility.
