Full Job Description
Requirements Gathering and Business Analysis Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and data owners to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and data requirements. Understand and document current-state Oracle database structures, Informatica ETL workflows, transformation rules, dependencies, and reporting impacts. Define future-state requirements aligned to the target Databricks-based architecture. Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements for delivery teams. Prepare and maintain high-quality project documentation including o Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) o Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) o User stories and acceptance criteria o Process flows and workflow documentation o Source-to-target mapping documents o Data lineage and dependency analysis o Gap analysis and impact assessments ETL and Data Migration Analysis Analyze existing OracleInformatica ETL processes, including mappings, sessions, workflows, schedules, and dependencies. Work closely with architects and engineering teams to support migration planning from legacy ETL solutions to Databricks. .
