You are fluent in French and English and are excited to balance the art and science of the buy with a strong editorial eye and take interest in being highly strategic with design-driven products. You demonstrate expertise in developing and executing comprehensive category strategies across multiple product lines, driving growth, profitability, and brand alignment. You are adept at translating consumer insights and product sales data into actionable assortment, pricing, and inventory plans. Your strong suit is leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and you have delivered exceptional business results while maintaining a clear and compelling brand vision. You have a background spanning different teams within an organization and are comfortable wearing several hats and jumping in where needed across buying, planning, marketing, site and more.

A Day in the Life:

Overview of Responsibilities
  • Serve as business lead for the for Tory Burch Canada website. Key skills include developing, communicating, and executing regional strategies to meet or exceed financial goals within ECCA business. This includes ideation on promotional and marketing calendar, pricing architecture, and site execution specific to the region.
  • Build effective cross-functional partnerships with team members in regional FP and Outlet stores as well as with our US team: Site Merchandising/Operations, Digital Marketing, Buying, Planning, Creative, and Integrated Marketing.
  • Bring expertise in understanding market trends and influence all cross functional teams to support across digital channels.

Financial
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with the North America team to inform of trends that influence regional nuances.
  • Optimize full-price vs. markdown strategy and product lifecycle management to maximize profitability through pricing and promotion.
  • Analyze product performance and provide insights based on full-price and markdown style selling data. Utilize product sales data to optimize inventory strategy, improve sell-through, and recommend updated pricing.
  • Partner with NA team to analyze performance using KPIs such as conversion rate, traffic, CTR, email revenue, and digital marketing ROI.

Site Experience
  • Partner with US team on execution of monthly refreshes and execute regional changes (eg CA specific holidays) including French translation and pricing / promotions
  • Influence and evolve content strategy based on market and consumer trends.
  • Pull analysis on customer shopping behavior that can then inform go forward adaptations of the site.

Product & Category Strategy
  • Develop seasonal buying strategies aligned with marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Ensure balanced assortments that reflect both global brand positioning and local market performance.

Digital & Marketing Integration
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams on marketing spend and channel strategy to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Coordinate with buying and US site merchandising, email, and creative teams to promote key items.

Competitive & Market Analysis
  • Conduct competitive market analysis quarterly.
  • Identify market opportunities and weaknesses relative to competitors.
  • Maintain strategic advantage through pricing, promotions, and marketing.


To Land This Role:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Canada, preferably in leather goods / footwear
  • Self starter with excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to influence and drive toward goals
  • Strong collaboration and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Advanced efficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong presentation skills
  • AEM sites experience and SFCC experience a strong plus
  • French fluency required
