Full Job Description
Role: Sr. Business Analyst

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Fort Washington, PA (Hybrid) - In-person Interview

The position requires that the person has solid knowledge of Senior BA Deliverables and is proficient in multiple methodologies. This position will certify that deliverables have met all business and quality requirements. This position requires the candidate to possess analytical skills to analyze and decompose complex requirements into comprehensive test cases.

Principal Duties
  • Strong Mortgage experience
  • Work directly with the business users and financial analysts
  • Interview customers to analyse, clarify and document business processes and customer requirements.
  • Define and assist in resolving business/technical related challenges.
  • Facilitate meetings with business and technical team members to drive towards project completion.
  • Plan and execute the management and maintenance of projects.
  • Support projects as they move from initiation to implementation and conduct project reviews with impacted staff.
  • Develop user acceptance test cases based on the requirements defined.
  • Prepare instructional documentation and update user documentation to reflect new modifications.
  • Assist in establishing project scope.
  • Define and maintain business analyst role-based policies and procedures.
  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries.
  • Experience testing external-facing web applications
  • Background in both B2B and B2C environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree a plus.
  • 8+ years' experience in a senior business analysis role
  • 3-5 years project coordinator experience preferred.
