Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Visualization- Collect, cleanse, and validate real estate portfolio data to track operational supply/demand performance, key KPIs, and market health.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to support strategic storytelling.
- Translate demand forecasts into actionable real estate requirements (expansion, consolidation, sequencing) aligning real estate critical dates and evolving business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Leverage supply/demand models to create data-driven real estate forecasts that enable cross-functional teams to make informed strategic decisions for future growth and planning.
- Support capital and budget planning processes through scenario modeling and sequencing of moves.
- Collaborate with technology leads to evaluate and implement emerging tools that enhance business processes
- Support ad-hoc strategic projects and contribute to scalable solutions for multi-market occupier engagements.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis, real estate strategy, or management consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data modeling; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL, or ESRI preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in client-facing roles and working within cross-functional teams.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 102,000.00 - $120,000.00
