About the Role:
The Portfolio Technology IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) team is focused on creating, implementing, and sustaining workplace strategies and technology to improve organizational value and return on real estate investments. We are seeking an experienced IWMS Implementation Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality IWMS solutions to our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong client-facing abilities.
What You'll Do:
- Develop engaging and informative presentations for workshops and client meetings.
- Facilitate workshops and client meetings to gather insights and guide solution design.
- Gather and document client requirements for IWMS implementation projects.
- Create detailed design documentation based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Work with clients to facilitate data collection and validation.
- Manage and execute data loading processes to ensure accurate system configuration.
- Configure the IWMS software according to client needs and specification, and document configuration.
- Build dashboards and reports using the IWMS platform to support client analytics needs.
- Coordinate and support testing activities to ensure the system meets quality and functional standards.
- Prepare training materials and deliver training sessions to help clients use the IWMS system effectively.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical assistance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct software demonstrations to showcase IWMS capabilities to clients and prospects.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for IWMS-related issues.
- Assist clients with planning and executing system upgrades.
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence) values.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Strong understanding in IWMS or CAFM technologies is highly desired.
- Experience with Nuvolo IWMS and/or ServiceNow platform is recommended.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML is recommended.
- Experience building and maintaining automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the IWMS Solutions Consultant is $100,000 annually [or $48.07 per hour] and the maximum salary for the IWMS Solutions Consultant is $120,000 annually [or $57.69 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
