Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis focusing on Procurement and Procure-to-Pay processes
• Hands-on proficiency with Coupa Procurement modules including Supplier Management and Invoicing
• Strong knowledge of procurement controls, workflows, and compliance regulations
• Familiarity with ERP integrations, especially Coupa and Oracle ERP
• Experience with third-party risk management solutions like Exiger
• Skilled in gathering and validating business requirements
• Proficient in drafting Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and User Stories

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed business requirements
• Lead workshops and sessions to explore Coupa Procurement process enhancements
• Analyze and propose improvements to procurement processes for automation
• Coordinate integrations between Coupa, Oracle ERP, and other systems
• Define functional requirements for integrations with technical teams
• Validate data during migration and ensure accuracy of business records
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare relevant testing documentation
• Resolve defects with business users and technical teams
• Support business readiness activities including training and deployment
• Create comprehensive documentation and operational procedures
