Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience
• 3+ years in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or co-managed environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure IaaS
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting; familiarity with Terraform preferred
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Preferred certifications include AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-800/801

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Azure IaaS solutions including VMs, VNets, and NSGs
• Manage hybrid identity systems such as Azure AD and AAD Connect
• Lead migrations from on-premise infrastructures to Azure cloud
• Automate infrastructure processes using PowerShell, Terraform, or ARM templates
• Collaborate effectively with internal and client teams under shared responsibility models
• Ensure all systems adhere to documentation, compliance, and service delivery standards
