  • Conduct ongoing analysis of shipment and POS data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop action plans in response
  • Support development and execution of advertising, promotional, and media plans alongside internal and external resources
  • Help maintain and evolve consumer and customer-facing content, claims, and product benefit communication
  • Leverage consumer data, macro trends, and category insights to evaluate new product extensions and adjacencies
  • Partner with innovation and project management teams to bring new products to market on time and on brief
  • Align brand channel strategy with sales team priorities
  • Develop persuasive sales presentation materials for line reviews and brand initiatives

Sr. Associate Brand Manager

Remote - Gurnee, IL

The Role:

The Sr. Associate Brand Manager will help accelerate growth and expand the leadership position for 30 Seconds, the #1 Outdoor Cleaning brand. They will help define growth strategies and play a critical role in delivering the brand's annual financial results. The ideal candidate is an experienced CPG marketer who brings strong analytical, creative, and cross-functional skills and is ready to take real ownership of a high-priority brand.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable business plans. Deep consumer, customer, brand, and category understanding will be essential for success.

What You Will Do:

Compensation Range:

$95,000-$110,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, location, and relevant education or training.
