Full Job Description
The Sr. Analyst, Reporting & Decision Support (RDS), partners with business stakeholders to deliver reporting, analytics, and actionable insights that enable data-driven decision making. This role is responsible for gathering business requirements, integrating and validating data from multiple sources, developing scalable reporting solutions, performing advanced analysis, and communicating meaningful insights to leadership. The Sr. Analyst also identifies opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate workflows, and enhance data quality while serving as a subject matter expert for analytics initiatives. ** This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and will be based in Overland Park, KS. ** Job Responsibilities: - Reporting & Analytics Solutions: Design, develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that support operational and strategic decision making. - Business Partnership & Requirements: Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, prioritize work, define requirements, and ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives. - Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze complex data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations for leadership. - Data Management & Quality: Integrate, validate, and monitor data from multiple enterprise sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting assets. - Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate recurring work, enhance data architecture, and increase operational efficiency. - Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Apply quantitative analysis, statistical techniques, and predictive methods, where appropriate, to solve business problems and improve decision making. - Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship: Serve as a subject matter expert, mentor junior analysts, document solutions, and promote analytics best practices across the team. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
