Full Job Description
The Sr Analyst, Production Planning and Order Management is responsible for the execution and ongoing maintenance of the (SPS) Strategic Production Schedule and for coordinating weekly production planning activities across manufacturing facilities. This role serves as a key cross functional connector to ensure accurate communication of production plans, capacity, lead times, backlog, and delivery performance across the organization.

What You'll Do:
  • Own the weekly maintenance and execution of the (SPS) Strategic Production Schedule.
  • Coordinate and partner with production facilities to communicate and anticipate changes to the production plan on a weekly basis.
  • Organize, coordinate, and calibrate cross functionally to ensure accurate and consistent planning information is communicated across all workstreams.
  • Measure and report production schedule adherence on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Measure, communicate, and perform root cause analysis of On Time Delivery (OTD) performance, identifying trends, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Track, measure, and communicate changes to capacity and production lead times on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain and distribute production, sales, backlog, and delivery performance reports across the organization.
  • Identify planning risks, constraints, and execution gaps and escalate as appropriate.
  • Participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning processes, improve data quality, increase technology adoption, and eliminate administrative risk.
  • Support implementation and adoption of new planning, scheduling, and reporting tools.


Qualifications
What You'll Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Manufacturing, Operations, Planning, or Project Management
  • Experience working cross functionally with Production, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge and proven record of continuous improvement.
  • Strong collaborative communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production planning environment preferred.
